As the holiday season approaches and we reflect on all we have to be thankful for, let’s channel that gratitude into action.
Join Talent Collective for a meaningful volunteer event in support of the Jericho Project!
This is a special opportunity to offer our recruiting expertise as a gift, paying it forward by helping New Yorkers in need navigate their career journeys.
On November 12, 6–8 PM, recruiter volunteers from Talent Collective will work directly with job seekers from the Jericho Project — including veterans and young adults from a range of backgrounds — using our everyday skills in coaching, interview prep, and storytelling to help them build confidence.
📍 Space is strictly limited. Because capacity is capped to keep groups small and impactful, please only register if you are certain you can attend. If something comes up, please cancel your registration immediately so someone on the waitlist can join.

The Jericho Project is a nationally acclaimed New York City non-profit dedicated to ending homelessness and housing insecurity. They provide supportive housing and comprehensive, person-centered services—including mental health support, workforce training, and career counseling—to help at-risk individuals, such as veterans, LGBTQ+ youth, and young adults, achieve long-term independence and stability. They take a holistic approach to helping New Yorkers get back on their feet, pairing housing placements with the life and job skills needed to move forward.
Talent Collective is a community that empowers and connects women+ in talent acquisition through curated in-person and virtual professional development experiences to advance their careers and amplify their recruiting networks!
