Join us for a grounding and nourishing morning wellness experience in the park, designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and ease into the weekend with presence and peace.
Set beneath the open sky at Cheesman Park, this session will weave together yoga, guided breathwork, and sound bowl healing to support relaxation, regulation, and inner calm. No prior experience required — all bodies and levels are welcome.

🌸 Your Facilitator: Meghan Hennessy
Meghan Hennessy is a somatic therapist, social worker, and yoga teacher specializing in helping individuals heal trauma through the body using integrative, nervous system‑based approaches.
With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, Meghan bridges clinical understanding with deeply embodied healing practices. Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens not through the mind alone, but by restoring safety, connection, and regulation within the nervous system.
Trained in Somatic Experiencing, Meghan weaves together ancient spiritual practices — including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing — with modern neuroscience and trauma‑informed care. Through this integrative approach, she gently guides participants back into presence, deeper self-awareness, and lasting inner peace.
