Marsha Wulff, Co-Founder, LoftyInc Capital | Backing Africa’s Next Generation of Founders
As a curious, entrepreneurial investor, Marsha has helped build seven multi-billion-dollar companies: three American-led and four African-led across six sectors and multiple countries. Since 1997, she worked alongside African entrepreneurs striving to achieve the same transformation. In 2017, she co-founded LoftyInc Capital and invested in over 150 of Africa’s fastest-growing enterprises. Within five years, their seed-stage venture funds delivered top-tier returns and became among the most active in Africa.
She recently completed her book African Ngenuity: An Investor’s Guide to a Vital Tech Ecosystem, exploring what’s changed, what’s working, what isn’t, and what comes next.
She is also participating in a TEDx Talk on Mar 16th in Florida.
David Hubert, VP, EuroCham, Association of American European Chambers of Commerce
David Hubert is a San Francisco-based policy strategist working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and transatlantic business. As VP for External Relations at EuroCham, he helps connect European companies, policymakers, and Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem. He is also co-founder of KilnerTech, an AI-powered platform that tracks political and regulatory signals across Europe to help companies anticipate policy risk and shape strategy.
Borja Palma Huarte, Business Development Manager, London & Partners
Borja Palma Huarte is Business Development Manager at London & Partners' San Francisco office, the official business growth and investment promotion agency for London, where he advises international companies on market expansion and go-to-market strategy. A seasoned expansion and GTM expert, Borja has worked with leading global organizations including Iberdrola and actively advises early-stage founders on GTM execution and international expansion. He holds three Master's degrees and a legal background, and is an active angel investor with a focus on AI and fintech. With deep ties across Europe , Latam and the US, Borja combines strategic rigor with a truly international perspective
Alfredo Coppola is Co-CEO of the US Market Access Center (USMAC), the longest-standing high-tech business accelerator in Silicon Valley helping international companies successfully enter and scale in the U.S. market. He joined USMAC as a mentor in 2007 and became Co-CEO in 2010, where he expanded global partner programs and launched the “Go Global” Silicon Valley accelerator. Alfredo is also co-founder of Prospera Women, a global foundation supporting women entrepreneurs with the resources and funding needed to scale internationally, and a member of Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures, an angel investment group in Marin County, California.
