The January Reset
**A guided journey through yin yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and meditation, ending with a vision board making session**
We’re opening 2026 the way it deserves to be opened. Together, slowly, and with intention.
January 11 feels like a powerful moment to pause and consciously step into the year ahead. This first Girls Who Meet community gathering of 2026 is an invitation to soften, reconnect, and set the tone for what you want to call in as the months unfold.
We’ll begin with a @Syntara_nyc, a slow and grounding practice designed to relax the body while sharpening inner clarity. Through breathwork, stillness, sound, and guided meditation, we’ll gently drop into a calm and receptive state where presence feels natural and connection flows effortlessly. This practice creates space for emotional openness and a deep sense of togetherness, leaving you feeling restored and more attuned to yourself and the women around you.
The experience will be guided by Rayya ( @rayyaweaves ), a yoga and wellness facilitator whose calm presence and intuitive guidance make it easy to feel safe, seen, and held. Through gentle movement, breathwork, restorative stillness, and sound, she creates a container where slowing down feels natural and showing up fully feels supported 💖
After the practice, we’ll transition into a creative manifestation session. Everyone will receive supplies to build their own manifestation board, taking time to reflect, dream, and visualize the year ahead in good company. This is about intention, not perfection.
To make the morning even sweeter, we’ll have complimentary sips and thoughtfully curated goodies for everyone to take home.
