​1) AI, Privacy and the Translation Gap

​Globally, AI Governance and Privacy are being joined at the hip as far as management is concerned, but it's not necessarily translating to dev and product. There's a translation gap between the two with risk being increased exponentially on both sides. Ross dives into the different overlaps between AI use and privacy risk, and where compliance (and headaches) seem to be heading with the EU AI Act.

​2) Policy to Runtime: Building an Agentic AI Control Plane

​How an independent Agentic AI Control Plane can govern AI actions in real time—separating agent recommendations from deterministic policy, privacy, utility, human approval, and controlled release. It shows how AI Governance becomes an enforceable runtime architecture, not just policy documentation, enabling safer and auditable AI deployment at production scale.
