AI Week: Manus AI Workshop with Vinícius Oliveira & Gabriel Zucco + Magic Island Healthy Founder Breakfast
This is Magic Island AI Week, and every morning a different founder shows exactly how they are using AI inside their business, from product to distribution. No slideware, no theory. Real use cases, honest lessons, and two hours of building alongside people doing the same thing.
Tuesday continues the week with Vinícius Oliveira and Gabriel Zucco, co-founders of INEVITA, in a hands-on workshop on how to make an AI agent understand and operate a real business. They will start with the same business question and run it through two versions of an agent: an off-the-shelf agent with no company context, and that same agent connected to a company brain built from open files containing the business’s actual context — what it sells, who it serves, what has already been tested, and what was decided and why. The difference will be visible in the answers, the sources cited, and the amount of useful work the agent can complete without being re-briefed.
You will then see the complete operating loop: a pre-registered experiment, the evidence it produces, the human decision made from that evidence, and what changes in the next run. After that demonstration, you will build your own. Manus is free this week, and everyone in the room will receive the same base infrastructure used by the INEVITA community: the framework, the method, and the skills. You will load it into Manus, feed it three real pieces of your business, and leave with the V1 of your own company brain — a map of your operation, the gaps in it, and your next executable experiment. The files are yours to keep and portable to any agent after this week ends.
