AliveWithNicole Vocal Confidence Circle
Vocal Confidence Circle 3 Week
A practical and supportive experience of greater aliveness, expression and freedom through voice, connection, and song leadership.
This is a structured, results-driven group for people who want to start pushing their edge of comfort and confidently lead a song in front of others while remaining connected to their voice, body, and spirit.
Over 3 weeks, you will learn some basic vocal technique, breathwork supporting vocal technique, be held in building a consistent breath & voice practice, and repeatedly sing in front of a consistent small group while being mentored 1:1 in the presence of others: every week for 3 weeks.
Confidence to sing in front of others will become something you learn by exposing your nervous system gradually to this experience; leading a song at song circle or kirtan or an open mic will no longer be just something you fantasize about.
The focus is simple: Devote yourself to 30 minutes of daily breath & voice exercises, choose one song you connect with, work it with guidance, refine it through repetition, lead it with confidence.
The Outcome
By the end of this program, you will feel more confident leading a song in a group setting such as a song circle or kirtan or open mic.
You will understand how to support your voice with proper breath and technique, improve pitch, tone and ability to stay on melody.
You will acknowledge and release stories of your voice, performance anxiety, fear of judgement with practical tools like journaling, 1:1 sharing, and kriya yoga (breath and movement).
You will be supported in a community WhatsApp group to build a daily breath and voice practice you can sustain if singing better is one of your goals.
Overall, you will gently train your nervous system by learning to feel more grounded, connected, and present when using your voice.
You will hear and feel measurable progress in your voice. My guarantee: If you are engaged in the program and you do not hear or feel a transformation in your voice or confidence level, I will work with you until you do.
