AI Supper Club Bangalore: Reliability. Economics. Business Impact.
What breaks between AI-agent pilots and production in Indian enterprises?
AI agents are easy to demonstrate. Making them reliable, economical and useful enough to become part of real enterprise operations is considerably harder.
AI Supper Club Bangalore brings together a small group of people who are deploying, governing and investing in enterprise AI to exchange insights on what happens after the pilot.
In Bangalore, that means confronting the realities of moving quickly without losing reliability: integrating with complex enterprise systems, evaluating agent performance, managing infrastructure and model costs, driving adoption across large organizations and demonstrating measurable business impact.
Over dinner, we’ll center the conversation around three questions:
What has actually made it into production?
Where do reliability, economics, integration or adoption break?
What evidence of business impact gets the next investment approved?
There are no panels, presentations or pitches. The intention is a candid conversation between people approaching the same problem from different technical and business angles.
The dinner is limited to 8–10 carefully selected guests, including enterprise AI leaders, technical practitioners, operators and people responsible for the business and governance of AI.
The conversation will be held in English and under the Chatham House Rule: insights can be carried forward, but comments should not be attributed to individual participants or their organizations without permission.
