​After graduating from university in Japan, Steve Naito moved to Silicon Valley to pursue entrepreneurship. Following the failure of his first startup, he founded Anyplace, a global housing platform designed for remote workers.

​The company has been backed by Jason Calacanis, YouTube co-founder Steve Chen, and other leading Silicon Valley investors, and has expanded across major cities throughout the United States. Steve was selected for Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 in 2018 and published his first book, Silicon Valley ni Yoroshiku, in 2026. Today, he continues to build Anyplace while helping bridge Japan and Silicon Valley through entrepreneurship.
