Build Your First AI Agent (No-Code!) 🤖✨
Join LangChain and Tavily for an evening of hands-on building and networking. In this workshop, we'll show you that you don't need to be an engineer to build powerful tools. We'll cover the basic building blocks and principles of agent design.
Who Is This For?
This is a a space for women and gender-diverse people to learn, build and thrive in tech. We welcome "citizen developers," technical professionals, and non-technical folks alike. Whether you're a product manager, a founder, or just AI-curious, if you can navigate a web browser, you can build an agent. If you are in sales, operations, product management, recruiting, or marketing, this event is for you!
What exactly is an Agent? Think of it as a digital assistant that doesn't just follow instructions, but actually thinks and acts to solve a goal—like conducting deep competitor research or managing your inbox.
By the end of this hour-long session, you will have built and deployed your very own functional AI agent using LangSmith's No-Code Agent Builder and Tavily’s Search API.
What You’ll Learn:
The "What": What exactly is an AI agent?
The "How": What is an agent framework and why do we use them?
The Toolkit: The essential no-code stack for modern AI development.
The Build: Step-by-step guidance to create an agent (e.g. an agent to help you automate your email, or conduct research)

6:30 PM – 6:50 PM: Demo – See how the Community Manager at LangChain built her Slack Community Bot in under an hour
6:50 PM – 7:50 PM: The Build Session – Hands-on workshop using LangChain & Tavily, with support from Palash Shah (Applied AI Engineer @ LangChain)
7:50 PM – 8:30 PM: Demo "Show & Tell" and Closing Remarks
