Agentic workflows are getting more complex, and we're still inventing the tools to manage them. Hooks, loops, teams, dynamic workflows... everyone is trying something. Let me show you where I think multi-agent work is heading: graphs, specifically state machines, where agents work inside a structure you can easily inspect, modify, and reason about. I'll walk through the problems I've hit over the last year of building agent orchestration, then demo what I'm building to solve them.
