Mastermind: Session 9

​Join us for a Mastermind session with Avi Boparai, Founder & Managing Director of HPD Suppliers, and his brother Baljinder "Bal" Boparai, Managing Director of HPD and Director of Alliance Group Management.

​We'll go deep on how the brothers took HPD from a single trade counter into a four-branch heating, plumbing and bathroom merchant across west Scotland - building out retail showrooms alongside a trade business, launching e-commerce, diversifying into property, construction, and architectural services.

We'll also cover how they've built their team through structured apprenticeship pathways and secured major supplier partnerships as the business scaled.
