Phase 1: The Briefing (Intro)

We begin with a brief group introduction and share high-level wins since our last meeting.

Phase 2: Partner Deep-Dives (Pair Ups)

We break into small groups of 2–3 to foster genuine connection. This is where we go beneath the surface, sharing current hurdles and personal updates to ensure no one is building in isolation.

Phase 3: The Hot Seat 🔥

The centerpiece of our meeting. One member takes the hot seat to present their business model, a specific product, or a current challenge. As an Alliance, we dive deep—asking the hard questions, offering strategic suggestions, and providing the external perspective needed to sharpen their business and accelerate growth.
