​Have you ever stayed too long in something that gave you too little? Ever contorted yourself beyond recognition to be worthy of keeping?

​LADY CHURCH is your invitation to come home to yourself.

​Equal parts writing workshop + soul revival. We open with meditation + movement, then transition into writing letters to ourselves from the spirit of unconditional love.

​Afterward, anyone who would like can share what they wrote - turning a solo exercise of tapping into love’s voice into a room of women reflecting every beautiful + liberating thing we hear in each others’ words.

​This is a space where vulnerability is met with “girl, same,” as we experience the transformation of being held up by love + each other.

​Do I Need To Be A Writer?!
Nope! This practice is about listening and writing down what you receive. There's a deep well of warm, unconditional love that doesn't play about you, and it's accessible within all of us. We just have to learn how to hear it. How to trust it.

​Inclusion Policy
​We use an inclusive definition of the word “lady.” LADY CHURCH is open to all female-identifying people - whether you be trans, cis, gender-nonconforming, non-binary. If you feel aligned with the expanse of women's experiences, this is a space for you.

​What To Wear
There will be several moments of movement. Come wearing clothes + shoes you can move and play around comfortably in.
