Two hundred applications. Two replies. If that is your inbox, nothing is wrong with you. Your experience is arriving untranslated. That is a fixable problem, and in one day you build the fix.
Who this is for
Builders trained outside North America: PMs, designers, engineers, data and QA people trying to break into the US or Canada tech market. Also career switchers and new grads with something to show. The system works the same no matter what is behind the gap.
What this day is
Not a lecture. A build. You build the whole system in Claude Code, an AI tool, with me in the room. You bring the judgment. AI does the busywork. Nobody starts from a blank screen: every block starts from a kit I already built, then you make it yours. You bring a laptop, we build together, and you walk out with the whole system running before the January hiring wave.
What you build
Aim: your target company list. The right roles for you, chosen on expertise, interest, and where the market is hiring. The opposite of spray and pray.
Get Found: your presence. Document your journey in one lane until the right people find you, instead of you chasing them.
Get Answered: your resume and applications, translated into what North American hiring teams recognize. Specific, never inflated.
Connect: your warm circle. Get to know people properly and be useful before you need anything.
Interviews: every round mapped. The HR screen, the hiring manager, the team, the panel, leadership. Each room wants something different, and you prep for the one you are actually in.

Logistics
Saturday Nov 7, 10am to 4pm, central Toronto. Exact address goes to registered guests. Bring a laptop. You need a Claude account with a paid plan, about $20 USD a month. You set up Claude Code before the day: you get a setup email so Nov 7 starts with building, not installing. No coding needed. If you can write an email, you can build this.
