

Free Outdoor Community Yoga
Free outdoor community yoga in Danby!🧘♀️🧘♂️
Weather permitting, we'll be gathering for weekly classes designed to be gentle, grounding, and beginner-friendly. If you can sit cross-legged or be on your hands and knees comfortably, you’re ready for this class.
Each class draws from traditional yoga practices in a way that’s approachable for modern life — expect breath work, movement, and meditation in a relaxed outdoor setting.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Yoga blocks (highly recommended for support and comfort)
- Towel or blanket (good if you have sensitive knees)
- Yoga strap or long belt
- Water bottle
- Anything to make you more comfortable on the ground
Your teacher, Sheila Sidhu (RYT 200), is new to the Danby community and new to teaching yoga. We may have other volunteer teachers participate as well! Stay tuned.
Classes are free and open to all. A tip jar and Venmo will be available for those who’d like to show support to the teachers. 🙏
