

Cafecito con Grief: Yoga y Circulo
You are warmly invited to a monthly, in-person drop-in space for adults navigating loss. This two-hour gathering offers a gentle blend of movement, reflection, and community connection—an opportunity to tend to grief in the body while being supported by others who understand.
Each session begins with a 45-minute gentle yoga practice designed to support the nervous system. This class will include gentle flow, mindful breathing, and a brief meditation. Participants will be invited to compassionately explore how grief is living in their bodies and to move at their own pace. No prior yoga experience is needed. We will have yoga mats available and you are of course free to bring your own mat as well.
Following the practice, we will share café y círculo — a simple time to sit together over warm drinks and conversation. This portion is a peer-led sharing circle, offering an open and respectful space to speak about loss, listen deeply, or simply be present.
Whether your loss is recent or long-held, you are welcome exactly as you are.
We're accepting insurance and offer a sliding scale starting as low as $22. Come to move, to rest, to share, or simply to sit in community. You do not have to carry grief alone.
