Think Differently online introductory programme
We are very excited to offer this 4 week online Think Differently programme. An introduction to applying permaculture to your business, organisation, or life to enhance social and environmental impact, foster cultures of innovation, and shift stagnant practices into ones that shape the future.
….eerrr permaculture whatnow?
Permaculture is a practical framework rooted in indigenous practice. It is how indigenous communities interact and engage with their surroundings. In these communities permaculture doesn’t need to be named, it is just how things are done: in harmony with nature, based on foundations of care, and in a way that can be sustained forever.
But in the modern capitalist world, we have got lost, become disconnected and distracted, and are no longer working or living in a way that can be sustained. Using permaculture, our Think Differently method helps us relearn, reconnect and refocus.
What the programme involves:
We understand that time is tight for most people so the programme is designed to ensure it is time well spent by including lots of content in a short time.
- 8 hours of training and practical application to your organisational and work context (or your personal life) - we share the tools, you then apply them to the context you want.
- Templates and tools to use during and after the programme.
- Individual feedback throughout to support you in the application to your personal context.
- Peer discussion and learning.
- A guest speaker.
This is an introductory programme which covers the basics of Think Differently, if you wish to continue after the programme you also have the opportunity to join a more advanced programme.
When, where & how much:
4 weeks: Sept 15, 22, 29, Oct 6

We want to make it as accessible as we can so we are offering the full programme for 55€. If this is above your budget please contact us about our Fair Shares offer for those facing structural barriers.
Is it for me?
The programme is aimed at entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals who dare to change things.
Our past participants have included: CEOs & founders, communication & community leads, artists & designers, academics & researchers, and consultants. All facing different challenges (including, burnout, limited impact, barriers to innovation, ineffectiveness, lack of strategy, hopelessness...), but all looking for ways to gain clarity, overcome their challenges, and move forward.
No one knows your work better than you but sometimes you just need a new perspective to see things differently, that's why our focus is on sharing tools that can be applied to many work situations no matter the sector, size or location. We strongly believe that beauty lies in diversity so the more diverse the group the more we can learn together.
What is the outcome?
The outcome depends on your context, challenges and desired goal, but some outcomes that tend to occur:
- A culture of innovation: creative problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation integrated across every area of the organisation.
- Real long-term impact: ethical decision-making, and the development of strategies that are holistic and impact-focused.
- Purpose & effectiveness: clarity of what you are doing, why it matters and how it can be most effective.
- A sense of hope about the future by expanding possibilities and shifting challenges to design opportunities.
- Friendships and collaborations with a community of like-minded peers who validate your vision and share your values.

Who & what is Think Differently?
Think Differently was created by two friends Eller and Zaida, who kept seeing the same pattern: people and organisations with real passion and purpose, stuck in cycles of firefighting, overwhelmed by complexity, or unsure how to turn what they care about into something that actually works.
Eller spent over a decade working in sustainable development and social impact across three continents before doing a PhD in regenerative business — specifically, how permaculture can cultivate hope, innovation and real change in people and organisations. She also is a professor in applying systems thinking for innovation and sustainability.
Zaida is a trained lawyer with a deep commitment to justice and systemic change, specialised in CSRD, circular economy, and social impact. She brings a rare combination of rigorous analytical thinking and genuine human sensitivity — translating complex regulatory and strategic challenges into real opportunities for change.
Based on Eller's PhD and combined experience and knowledge of business and systems change, they developed Think Differently, the application of permaculture to businesses, organisations, and life - to enhance social and environmental impact, foster cultures of innovation, and shift stagnant practices into ones that shape the future.
