We've taken over an entire arcade in San Francisco and we're filling it with the people building in the open, from the maintainers holding up half your dependency tree to whoever got Llama running on a toaster. No slides, no panels, no keynote running twenty minutes over

Pick a machine, find a Player 2, and ask what they're shipping. Then settle open vs closed the only way that counts: best of three. Leave with a few new collaborators and at least one rivalry.
