About Event

Most of us already use AI to answer questions, draft emails, or summarize documents. The next step is more powerful: turning repetitive work into repeatable AI-supported workflows.

Join the Berkeley Haas Alumni Network for a practical, demo-driven workshop with Fabrice Talbot, a former Salesforce product leader and founder of AI Practitioner Circle. Fabrice will show how tools such as Claude and ChatGPT can move beyond one-off prompting to help manage recurring work across your time, information, personal brand, and career.

Rather than focusing on theory or prompt-writing techniques, this session will demonstrate four real workflows that attendees can adapt to their own lives.

DEMOS

Demo 1: Make Your Week Actually Fit

Bring together your calendar, priorities, email, and open tasks to understand what the week can realistically hold. See how AI can identify what requires attention, preparation time, conflicts, and overcommitments, and help decide what should move or be deprioritized.

Core idea: Use AI to manage your attention and capacity, not simply your calendar.

Demo 2: Build Your Personal Intelligence System

Use AI to process newsletters, articles, reports, PDFs, saved links, and other information without creating even more information overload. See how AI can filter against your interests and priorities, identify what is worth reading, extract key insights, organize them by theme, and make useful knowledge retrievable later.

Example: “I received 20 newsletters and saved 10 articles this week. Based on what I’m working on, what are the five things I actually need to know?”

Core idea: Don’t use AI to consume more information. Use it to determine what deserves your attention.

Demo 3: Build Your Personal Brand & Content Engine

Show AI your audience, expertise, point of view, previous writing, and preferred voice, then use that context to turn rough ideas into consistent content. A single voice memo or idea can become a LinkedIn post, a longer article, a newsletter, and follow-up content, while maintaining a recognizable personal voice. AI can also help maintain an idea backlog and publishing cadence.

Core idea: Use AI to scale your voice, not replace it.

Demo 4: Run a Smarter Job Search

Turn job hunting from a collection of disconnected tasks into an AI-supported workflow: define target roles, find opportunities, assess fit, prioritize jobs, customize a resume, draft outreach, prepare for interviews, and track applications and follow-ups. Instead of simply asking AI to “rewrite my resume,” see how it can support the full job-search lifecycle while keeping important decisions and final review with you.

Core idea: Automate the repetitive work around the search so you can focus on the opportunities and conversations that matter.

Whether you are an executive, operator, founder, investor, career changer, or simply trying to make AI genuinely useful in everyday life, this workshop will provide practical examples you can adapt immediately.
