About Event

This small creative accountability group is for people who want consistency, clarity, and connection around their creative work.

Each 4-week session is discussion-based, with space to share challenges, reflect on patterns, and learn from others. We’ll end each session with 10 minutes of guided reflection and planning so you leave with clear next steps.

For a lot of creatives, it helps to not do things alone. Meeting with the same small group on a regular basis creates a simple rhythm—say what you want to work on, go live your life and make your art, then come back and talk about how it actually went. Some weeks things move, some weeks they don’t, and both are welcome. There’s no pushing or fixing—just honest check-ins, encouragement, and the quiet motivation that comes from knowing others are showing up too.

This is not a class, course, or critique group. It’s a supportive space to stay engaged with your creative process without pressure.

This group runs in 4-week cycles. You can register for additional months after completing your current cycle.

Group size is limited to 30 participants per session to keep the conversation meaningful.

$100 for 4 weeks.

About the Facilitator

I come to this as someone who spent many years as a visual artist, trying to keep my work alive while also working jobs to pay the bills. My art never really gained traction—no steady audience, no one asking for the work—and that meant the motivation always had to come from me. When I was tired, overwhelmed, or worried about money, the work was often the first thing to fall away. Alongside that, I’ve spent the last two decades practicing meditation and now work as a therapist, supporting people with overwhelm, avoidance, and the emotional side of getting things done. That combination—lived creative struggle and clinical, mindfulness-based training—shapes how I hold this group: grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping you stay connected to your work without burning out or forcing yourself.
