About Event

You know what to do. So why aren’t you doing it?

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because they don’t do the things they already know would help. Their habits are misaligned with their values and vision, but resetting habits is really freaking hard.

If you’ve ever found yourself starting something with good intentions and then losing momentum, setting routines that never quite stick, and wondering why it’s so hard to do the things you actually care about, it might be because you don’t need new habits.

You need rituals.

In this free 1-hour session, we’ll explore the gap between knowing and doing—not as a discipline issue, but as something more specific and, we’ve found, more interesting. During the first half of the session, we’ll walk through a simple framework to help you better understand your patterns, motivations, and the role meaning plays in sustainable change.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Why certain habits never seem to stick

  • What actually motivates you (beyond willpower)

  • A formula for designing meaningful rituals that feel easier to return to

Then, in the second half of the session, we’ll be joined by featured guest Max Pete for a fireside chat and live Q&A. Max has spent the past several years building communities ranging from 300 to over 300,000 members and working with brands like Square, Sprout Social, SuperHi, and Origin Financial. His work sits at the intersection of community, care, belonging, and sustainable human connection, making him the perfect person to help us unpack why meaningful change is often less about optimization and more about feeling supported, seen, and connected to something deeper.

This isn’t about building the perfect routine. We’re not habit stacking, routinemaxxing, or whatever else Tim Ferriss might be selling.

It’s about understanding yourself a little better—and seeing what changes when your actions are rooted in meaning instead of “shoulds.”

Join us and give our ritual-building formula a try.
