Den Stora Klimatdemonstrationen After-Party
On Sunday, August 23, people from all over Sweden will fill the streets of Stockholm in the largest climate demonstration in years! We at Green Little Heart open our doors for a post-demonstration AW to decompress and connect everyone who joined.
What to expect:
Serving snacks and bubbles from 16:00-19:00
Facilities with bathrooms and showers at your disposal. A park nearby for jamming or having a break in the green grass.
A safe space with influential people in climate policy and industry, real people and real solutions. Real talk with green hearts.
Green Little Heart is a marketplace in the middle of Mariatorget. A store for responsible brands and conscious consumers. We present solutions and alternatives to make our consumer habits kinder and smarter for the planet and its people. The situation is serious, but we draw strength and joy from each other, with music, art and messages about a stronger climate policy.
The demonstration is initiated by The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation, Rebel Moms, Rebel Dads and Researchers Desk. Non-partisan organizations, researchers, youth organizations, the sports movement, the trade union movement, outdoor organizations, rural organizations, religious communities and organizations that work for human rights.
A large number of civil society organizations are behind it and more are joining all the time, including TCO, ST Trade Union, RFSL Equmeniakyrkan, LO Stockholm County, Vision Trade Union, Kommunal Stockholm and Cykelfrämjandet.
The actual demonstration is in Vasaparken in Stockholm. Gathering for the demonstration at 12:00 on August 23, 2026. There will be a stage program and children's activities. Marching off at 13:00.
