Come to a small reception hosted by Slab of Africa and House of Stone to hear the story behind the art and see the latest pieces from Dominic Benhura and his studio. Hear from House of Stone Charitable Organization about the sustainable work they are doing with the proceeds of the sales.
All works on view will be available for purchase. Should any piece interest you, our exhibitors will be on hand to speak with you about acquiring it.
Then stay for an African concert by Makuru with Ousseynou Kouyate, renowned Senegalese singer and dancer. Makuru features top Bay Area world musicians on bass, guitar, drum set, and traditional African instruments.
