​中国的文革、八九民运等政治事件对唐人街有什么影响？

​从过去到现在，唐人街居民的生活是怎么样的？ta们还在进行着哪些抗争？

​我们将用city walk的方式，探访唐人街的历史地标，了解那一处处建筑背后的历史，与现在居民的真实生活。

​Did you know that a seemingly ordinary park or a senior apartment building in Chinatown holds decades of history? What contributions did Chinese Americans make to the women's rights and civil rights movements? How did political events in China, such as the Cultural Revolution and the 1989 democracy movement, echo through the streets of Chinatown? From the past to the present, what has life been like for Chinatown residents, and what struggles are they still fighting today?

​Through this City Walk, we will explore Chinatown’s historic landmarks, uncovering the stories behind the architecture and gaining insight into the real lives of its current residents.
