AI/Marketing Breakfast Seminar
Every marketing conversation right now goes through AI, faster content, faster targeting, faster optimization. But faster isn't the same as better, and the research on what actually drives marketing effectiveness tells a more complicated story than the AI hype suggests.
Join us for a breakfast seminar during Nordic Tech Week on AI and marketing. What does AI actually change about marketing that works, and what does it put at risk?
Speaking:
Erik Modig, whose research has reshaped how the industry thinks about creativity and effectiveness
Magnus Wretblad, who builds AI-driven marketing systems in practice
Albert Lundberg, Lemonado — building an AI co-worker for marketing teams, and sharing what they're learning along the way
Thomas Hana and Erik Toscano, Naughty Society — producing campaign stills and film for luxury and beauty brands entirely with generative AI
Expect a candid conversation, not a product pitch: where AI genuinely improves marketing outcomes, where it's mostly noise, and what marketers should actually be doing differently in 2026. Coffee and breakfast from 08:30, talk and discussion to follow.
Note: This event is first come first serve. When the venue is full, the doors close.

About the speakers
Erik Modig is a Swedish marketing academic — an assistant professor at the Department of Marketing and Strategy, Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), and a researcher at SSE's Center for Consumer Marketing, one of Europe's leading research centers on advertising effectiveness. In 2024, Resumé named him one of the most influential figures in Swedish marketing, citing his role professionalizing the field and bridging academic research with industry practice amid disruptions like the "AI revolution."
Magnus Wretblad is a Stockholm-based advertising/brand-communications veteran who has moved deliberately into the AI-and-marketing space. His career runs through top Nordic agency work — he held account/client leadership roles (Account Executive, Account Supervisor, Account Director, Client Director) at Forsman & Bodenfors, working on award-winning campaigns for Volvo (including "The E.V.A. Initiative," a Cannes/D&AD/Webby/Gerety-winning safety campaign) and Polestar.
Albert Lundberg is co-founder and CEO of Lemonado, the Stockholm-based startup building an AI co-worker for marketing teams — software that connects to a team's ad platforms, analytics and revenue data and does the work end-to-end rather than just reporting on it. Before founding Lemonado with two ex-Trustly colleagues, he held executive roles at EF Education First. The company raised a $1.4M seed round in 2024 led by node.vc, with Zendesk co-founder Alexander Aghassipour among the investors.
Thomas Hana and Erik Toscano are co-founders of Naughty Society, a Stockholm studio founded in 2023 that produces stills and video for beauty, luxury and fashion using generative AI. Their work includes campaigns for Byredo, Giorgio Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Dries Van Noten and Klarna. The studio handles end-to-end production on its own hardware — client data stays local, client IP stays theirs — building custom workflows, fine-tuned models and code per project, with unreleased product, references and talent likenesses kept out of public training systems.
