The Build Room • founder coffee 1

​Once a month, a small group of Berlin founders and operators meet over coffee to swap what they're working on and what they're stuck on. You bring a real problem. You leave with people who can help you solve it.

​No stage, no pitches. Just good coffee and useful conversation with people who get it. Grab whatever you like at the counter, everyone pays their own, so it's an easy one to say yes to.

​How it runs (90 minutes)

• ​14:00 — arrive, grab a coffee

• ​14:10 — quick round: who you are, what you're building, what you're stuck on

• ​14:30 — open exchange, you pair off around the problems and I help connect the right people

• ​15:20 — loose close, we set the next date

• ​15:30 — soft finish, stay on if you're mid-conversation

​Who it's for Founders, plus the strategy, growth, product and creative people who build alongside them. Room's capped at about 15 so it stays a conversation, not a crowd.
