ETHGas Community Meetup
ETHGas is working to make Ethereum blockspace something you can confirm in advance, before you send.
On Ethereum today, you only learn whether a transaction made it into the next block after you have sent it. When the network is busy, you pay more and you wait. ETHGas is building protocol level infrastructure that removes that uncertainty.
This will be their first open community event in Japan. It is not a lecture. We hope you leave with a clear sense of what the team is building, and having spoken with them directly.

The two presentations run for ten minutes each. The conversation and the closing bingo are the centre of the day.

What ETHGas is building, and how much of it is already running
How validators, developers, and newcomers can each get involved
How the team intends to work with the Japanese community

No prior expertise is required.
📌 A few things to know
This event is for technical and business information and for meeting people. It is not a solicitation to acquire or hold any digital asset, and we will not discuss price, listings, or distributions. Some questions on those topics may go unanswered on the day.
The presentation is in English, with Japanese context added by Fracton as we go.
We may take photos and video for an event report and social posts. Please tell a member of staff on the day if you would rather not appear.

Ethereum のブロックスペースを、送る前に確定できるものにする。 ETHGas はその一点に取り組んでいるチームです。
いまの Ethereum では、トランザクションを送信したあとでなければ、それが次のブロックに含まれるかどうかは分かりません。ネットワークが混み合えば手数料は上がり、待つことになります。ETHGas は、この不確実性をプロトコルのレイヤーで解消する仕組みを開発しています。
その ETHGas が、日本ではじめてのオープンなコミュニティイベントを開きます。講義形式の勉強会ではありません。チームが何を考え、何をつくっているのかが伝わり、直接言葉を交わせた、と感じていただける時間にしたいと考えています。

プレゼンテーションは英語で行い、Fracton が日本語で補足しながら進めます。英語に不安のある方もご安心ください。
