This week, we’re joining hands with Sanskriti Youth Foundation for “Cleanup Drive & Forest Walk" an engaging cleanliness & forest walk drive.
The Yamuna River Cleanup and Forest Plog Walk Drive is a community-led environmental initiative focused on restoring the Yamuna riverbank and promoting responsible urban green habits. Volunteers will begin with a guided cleanup at the ghat, removing plastic, offerings, and other non-biodegradable waste to prevent it from returning to the river. This will be followed by a one-hour forest plog walk along the nearby green stretch, combining fitness with mindful waste collection. The drive aims to inspire collective action, build environmental stewardship, and leave the riverbank cleaner and the community more aware
