​HiredX was created to change that.

​HiredX is a curated networking event where tech professionals with 2+ years of experience meet recruiters face-to-face, learn directly from hiring experts, and build real connections in the Vancouver tech ecosystem.

​In previous editions we’ve welcomed 15+ tech recruiters from companies like Amazon, Rivian, Global Relay, Velora, and more.

  A live, interactive segment where recruiters interview volunteer candidates without seeing them.
  This creates a unique learning moment where you’ll see:

  • ​How to communicate clearly under pressure

  • ​What actually makes candidates stand out

• ​Resume Review Corner
  An active space throughout the event where you can bring your resume, get feedback, and receive suggestions on how to improve it. Available during the full event for quick, practical guidance.

  A space open throughout the event where you can connect 1-on-1 with experienced career coaches, ask questions, and get personalized advice.
