The Circular Economists Meet-up: Auckland 🇳🇿
Circular ideas are everywhere. Progress is harder.
This first session is about what’s actually happening across Auckland and how we move things forward, together.
Who is already doing the work?
Where is momentum building?
And where things get stuck - in the sticky messy middle.
We’ll start with a couple of short, grounded perspectives, including Janine Brinsdon (Cool-Safe) and Jeff Vollebregt (ImpacTex), sharing real experiences, real constraints, and what it takes to make progress, in the NZ context.
From there, we’ll map:
what’s in motion
where efforts are gaining traction
and where people are hitting the same barriers
The intention here is making the work just a little easier, by connecting people facing similar challenges, surfacing what’s already working, and helping things move faster.
You’re welcome to come and listen, or bring something you’re working on - especially if it’s unfinished
Not more work - better connected work.
