About the speaker
Christian Narvaez is the Founder and CEO of Rayo Capital Group (Rayo), a New York City-based investment and advisory firm operating at the intersection of venture capital, capital markets, and digital assets to shape modern finance. Rayo backs ambitious founders building the next generation of financial infrastructure, while advising institutions navigating the convergence of traditional finance and onchain capital markets.
He also serves as President of the Stand With Crypto Alliance New York Chapter, where he works with policymakers, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs to advance responsible digital asset policy and U.S. competitiveness.
Before venture capital, Christian spent over a decade on Wall Street as an Investment Banker advising U.S. and Latin American multinational corporations on cross-border M&A, structured finance, capital raising, and strategic transactions before becoming a Partner at Inception Capital, a $100M early-stage venture fund and fund of funds platform.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Baruch College and frequently speaks at venture, fintech, policy, and blockchain conferences across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Christian is Ecuadorian American, born, raised, and based in New York City. Outside of investing and policy, he enjoys endurance sports. He has completed the New York City Marathon and is currently training for the IRONMAN 70.3.
