Today, Tsvi serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Enterprise Technology Services at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he is helping shape how AI and advanced computing are transforming medicine. He oversees the technology infrastructure powering clinical care, scientific discovery, and enterprise operations—from AI and high-performance computing to cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
His career spans some of the world’s most demanding technology environments. Before MSK, Tsvi was Chief Technology Officer of Morgan Stanley, where he led major technology transformations and built high-performance platforms for algorithmic and high-frequency trading. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, AT&T, ABN AMRO, and Warner Music.
Across finance and healthcare, his work has consistently centered on the same question: how do you take extraordinary technology and turn it into real-world impact at enormous scale?
Tsvi has been recognized with the Einstein Award for Technology and Science from the President of Israel and has served as a U.S. delegate to the G-7.
