The future is digital. What skills will be required in the real estate sector?

​The workshop will explore the evolving skills required in the real estate and construction sector. Following a brief introduction to the Italian PropTech Network’s work, participants will work in small groups using a skills-and-roles matrix prepared by the moderators. They will discuss which competences are becoming increasingly important for different professional roles, identify gaps between required skills and current capabilities, and select three skill–role combinations that deserve priority. A final plenary discussion will bring together the groups’ findings to identify barriers to developing and applying these competences, explore shared challenges and opportunities, and propose practical actions to address the skills gaps.
