Annual Planning - Agency Workshop

We’re kicking off 2026 with an Agency Annual Planning Workshop in Cartagena, Colombia (19–23 January).
With spaces limited to 40 people, this workshop is designed to help you set a clear, actionable plan for the year ahead. It’s best suited for owners, operations, senior leaders, partnerships and marketing. If you have someone in your team dedicated to any of above roles areas, it’s probably a good idea to bring them.
While we’ll enjoy some downtime and unforgettable experiences, the goal is to leave with a tangible, executable plan for 2026. Those who attended the EOY Agency Retreat in October already have the foundations, while new attendees will receive homework to ensure they’re able to hit the ground running.
You’ll be supported by two of our most trusted Ecommerce Agency Growth coaches:
Tiara Tragas, agency CFO/COO, will help you translate your 2026 ops roadmap into measurable systems
Will Lynch, agency marketing expert, will guide you in building your 2026 marketing campaign strategy
Once you confirm attendance, you’ll receive calendar invites and an invite to a private WhatsApp group. Please note attendees are charged an admin fee to cover the cost of event planners on the ground who will be there throughout the duration of the week, plus transport, and activities (see following pages):
Preparation: Check visa and vaccination requirements in advance. We’re all adults. CGPT is your friend!
Clothing: Suitable for warm weather, athletic gear, swimwear. I’m not your mum, use common sense.
Flights: Confirm flights by December 12 so we can finalise airport service. Admin fee covers transport.
Accommodation: All attendees must stay at the same hotel during the workshop (discounted rate).
If you have any food intolerances, please advise early so the event planners can coordinate with venues.
PRICING
EAG members: $750/pp inclusive of transport and activities (additional hotel cost - $200/night)
Non-EAG members: $4,500 inclusive of hotel, transport and activities (cheaper to join EAG)
Strategic partners: Your partner fee includes 4 nights hotel, airport service and activities.
BILLING
Executive driver airport pick-up and drop-off is organized in advance for all attendees
All activities and meals are covered by your admin fee, with the exception of 1-2 lunches
Any additional or late night activities are out of pocket expenses, and at your own discretion
Invoice to be issued and paid in advance (hotel costs based on nights booked and admin fee)
Hotel rooms are already booked/paid using a discounted fee, and is invoiced back in advance
