Join the ZNZ Equity & Inclusion Committee for a screening of the acclaimed documentary Picture a Scientist, followed by an open community discussion.
From subtle biases to systemic barriers, the film chronicles the real experiences of women researchers navigating science, while highlighting how academic culture can evolve to be more open, equitable, and diverse for everyone.
Film screening followed by an informal discussion and aperitif/refreshments.
