GROUNDED: The Climate Week NYC Dance Party
GROUNDED is a celebration of Climate Week NYC paying tribute to the earth and all it bears in shaping Black and Brown joy.
GROUNDED honors the interlinked nature of the sustainable practices embedded in Black and Brown musical traditions and the dance movements which root us.
Experience rhythms from the diasporas—Afro House, GQOM, Amapiano, Afro Desi, Indo House, Soca, Dancehall, Reggaeton, House, Hip Hop, and R&B—and together we'll let the drumbeats that have sustained our communities for generations allow you to reconnect with your body and serve as a reminder that joy and sustainability are intertwined.
Come. Get GROUNDED.

We will have 2 stages each with DJs performing all night. An upstairs patio with groovier rhythms. And the main stage downstairs in the winery with boomin' basslines to light up the dance floor.
