​In cybersecurity, we often avoid discussing incidents. Few companies conduct post-mortems or perform in-depth analyses. We are carrying out a technical deep dive into these incidents.

​We try to answer these questions with the 5 whys:

• ​Why does the underlying condition exist across the environment?

​Mainstream media covered these incidents extensively, but much of it was clickbait and presented a distorted reality. We will address each point and provide a timeline where available.
