Rise & Thrive Workshop: A Free 2-Day Healing + Regulation Journey for Women..

Have you ever woken up already tired… even when you’ve slept?
You’re not alone — and you’re definitely not “broken.”

This free, two-day workshop is for women who:

✨ wake up tired before the day even starts
✨ constantly push through exhaustion just to survive
✨ feel wired but drained at the same time
✨ notice anxiety, brain fog, gut issues, or hormonal changes
✨ feel like their body has shifted… but can’t explain why
✨ keep showing up for work, family, and responsibilities even when they feel depleted

You might not think of yourself as “high-performing.” But you have been carrying too much for too long — overriding your body to keep going. This workshop is here to meet you where you really are.

🗓️ What We’ll Explore Together

Day 1 — Understanding Burnout

You’ll learn:
• The real physiological reason women burn out
• How chronic stress affects the nervous system
• How cortisol and inflammation disrupt gut, hormones, and energy
• Why anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, and cravings often come from nervous system dysregulation
• And — most importantly — why burnout isn’t a personal failure

You’ll also experience a guided nervous system regulation exercise that helps you feel the learning in your body.

Goal of Day 1:
👉 “My body isn’t broken. It’s dysregulated.”


Day 2 — Rebuilding Regulation

We’ll move into solutions with the 3 pillars of rebuilding your body’s regulation:

1️⃣ Gut Stabilization — food that supports mood, hormones, and energy
2️⃣ Nervous System Regulation — practical, science-backed tools to shift out of chronic stress
3️⃣ Identity Repatterning — releasing the belief that rest equals weakness

You’ll also:
✔ identify your own stress patterns
✔ learn how to regulate before pushing through exhaustion
✔ begin building a new relationship with your body

Goal of Day 2:
👉 You’ll leave knowing change is possible — with a clear pathway forward.
