BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) or rent one from us for $5.

β€‹πŸ“ Where & When
Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 15 to 20 minutes after. The yoga practice runs for about one hour. Live jazz schmooze follows.

β€‹πŸŒΏ What to Expect
We are a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.

This Bad Bunny Flow is part of our Vinyasa Refresh series and runs about an hour. Expect to move and breathe through an energizing set of standing postures and rejuvenating poses on the floor, all set to Bad Bunny tracks that keep the flow fun and grounded.

We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your PJs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.

β€‹πŸŽ· After Yoga
Stick around. There will be live jazz downstairs and a cash bar with snacks for us to enjoy after practice.
