Wine & Coworking Day
Working for yourself can get lonely. For one day, it doesn't have to be.
Come co-work with a room full of other business owners and operators, people building their own thing just like you.
There'll be an optional workshop on AI for business owners and operators. Then we'll hear from two guest speakers who swapped the corporate ladder for building something of their own.
And when the laptops close, we're putting out wine, cheese and snacks so the real conversations can happen.
Arrive and leave at anytime - just make sure you leave with at least one new connection or conversation.
What's on at Coworking Day:
9am - doors open
12.30pm - AI lunch and learn | 4 hours of Claude in 45 minutes
4-5pm - guest panel and networking
What you get:
A full day out of the home office, working alongside other business owners and operators
A practical AI workshop and real ways to use it, so you've got more room for the work that drives value
A chance to meet and hear the stories of people who left the corporate world to build their own thing
New contacts and conversations from people who get it
Snacks throughout the day, wine & cheese for the networking session
Speakers:
Jane Korneyko is a recovering Executive and accidental Founder. She spent 20 years designing and leading large-scale strategies and transformations across Legal, Health and professional services at firms including MinterEllison, Monash Health and a few startups along the way. Tired of fixing systemic failures after the fact, she built Sova to prevent these failures in the most deserving and necessary businesses - startups.
Jane was named Finalist EdTech Startup of the Year at the global ETIH Innovation Awards 2026, won People's Choice at the La Trobe x The Startup Network Female Founder Pitch Night and has been named Semi-Finalist in the Australian Technologies Competition 2026, all in the space of her launch in only March 2026.
Varshaa Jalagam is the founder of Packaroo, a platform that helps businesses design, visualise and develop product packaging without the usual back and forth. Think Canva, but for packaging design. She spent 10+ years as a product leader in tech and telecom before going out on her own, and is now fixing one of the most frustrating parts of bringing a physical product to market. Packaroo was voted the most investible startup of 2025.
