​Jane Korneyko is a recovering Executive and accidental Founder. She spent 20 years designing and leading large-scale strategies and transformations across Legal, Health and professional services at firms including MinterEllison, Monash Health and a few startups along the way. Tired of fixing systemic failures after the fact, she built Sova to prevent these failures in the most deserving and necessary businesses - startups.

​Jane was named Finalist EdTech Startup of the Year at the global ETIH Innovation Awards 2026, won People's Choice at the La Trobe x The Startup Network Female Founder Pitch Night and has been named Semi-Finalist in the Australian Technologies Competition 2026, all in the space of her launch in only March 2026.

​Varshaa Jalagam is the founder of Packaroo, a platform that helps businesses design, visualise and develop product packaging without the usual back and forth. Think Canva, but for packaging design. She spent 10+ years as a product leader in tech and telecom before going out on her own, and is now fixing one of the most frustrating parts of bringing a physical product to market. Packaroo was voted the most investible startup of 2025.
