Agenda:

Workshop: Out of Office or At Home? The Real Cost of Where Women Lead From

Hosted by Jaqueline Joel

Navigating over two decades of digital evolution across global retail and professional services, Jacqueline uniquely bridges the gap between complex systems architecture and human performance.

Drawing on her MSc dissertation in Organisational Psychology,  “The lived experience of professional women moving from office-based to home-based work during a global pandemic,” (which utilised transition and boundary theory to investigate work-life conflict through a comparative gender lens), she translates these academic insights directly into the modern tech working environment and continues to challenge the assumption on the panacea of working at home.

Panel discussion: The AI Leadership Gap: Who's Really Being Left Behind?

AI isn't just changing how organisations build technology - it's changing who gets promoted, who gets influence, and who becomes indispensable.

Key discussion points:

  • Who's actually being left behind and are they in this room?

  • With many of the tech giants making major job cuts, is it true that AI is now replacing humans?

  • What actually keeps a leader in the room now, results, relationships, or just refusing to be the person who says no to change?

  • After two years of AI discovery, do we understand when it is better to invest, or when to prioritise people?
