​Our workshop begins with a slow, grounding Yin practice to gently open the body and calm the mind. From this space of stillness, we flow into an energizing Vinyasa sequence that builds warmth, vitality, and presence.

​Afterwards, we share heartfelt conversation and meaningful connection over delicious brunch dishes and comforting chai. A nourishing way to start your week with intention, balance, and joy.

​The session will be in English. All levels are welcome.
