Creative Expression & Aliveness

​Join Monique Nguyen, multidisciplinary artist and facilitator, and Holly Uber, Innovation Leader, for a playful journey back into your creative aliveness! Through some of her favorite guided practices in presence, embodiment, and free expression, we'll gently drop in, reconnect with our intuition, and allow the magic to emerge.

​This is for anyone wanting a no-pressure moment to create! Maybe you're a busy body who wants to slow down, a first-timer picking up art again after years away, or someone with an already regular practice. All are welcome! No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up as you are. Expect a blend of grounding, light movement, and creative exercises designed to help you feel more, think less, and express freely. And of course, spaciousness to just be and create!

​*This workshop is hosted through KiiNNECT 501c3. We started during the pandemic to support connection and creativity when so many of us felt isolated and burnt out. It's grown into highly curated experiences for leaders, entrepreneurs, and youth where we gather to create, reflect, and feel a renewed sense of belonging, together.
