Join us for an eye-opening journey through the ecosystems of Arrábida Natural Park, where you'll walk, learn, connect and contribute with simple regenerative actions.
This isn’t just a walk. it’s a chance to reconnect with nature, understand the regenerative processes at work in the wild, and take part in a meaningful, hands-on action that leaves a positive impact on the land.
You explore, you learn, and you contribute all in couple of hours !

What to Expect :
Learn from Different Ecosystems: We hike through a short section of a bigger trail connecting regenerative sites. We’ll stop at various points to observe and learn about the unique ecosystems and special native plants that make up this rich natural environment. You will clearly learn why and how there are some regenerative or degenerative dynamics.
Immersive Wilderness Experience: Let the sights, the beauty of the canopy, the sounds, and the smells of the wild ground you in nature, as you gain insights into the delicate balance of life within these ecosystems.
Participate in Impactful Action: During the walk, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a regenerative initiative, leaving a legacy to regenerate the landscape !

Percorremos um pequeno troço de um trilho maior que liga vários locais regenerativos. Ao longo do percurso, fazemos paragens estratégicas para observar e compreender os diferentes ecossistemas e as plantas nativas que compõem este ambiente único. Vais perceber de forma clara como e porquê existem dinâmicas regenerativas — ou, por contraste, degenerativas — na paisagem.
Experiência Imersiva na Natureza
Deixa-te envolver pelas vistas, pela beleza da copa das árvores, pelos sons e pelos aromas do ambiente selvagem. Esta imersão sensorial ajuda a criar uma ligação mais profunda com a natureza, enquanto descobres o equilíbrio delicado que sustenta estes ecossistemas.
