QUO VADIS Generation Gen AI: Hands-on intro for leaders of SMEs
Switzerland will host the Global AI Summit in 2027. Towards that horizon, Swiss {ai} Weeks in 2025, a national initiative backed by 55+ partners including EPFL and ETH AI Centers, aims to bridge the gap between Swiss AI innovation organizations and market players’ needs.

Our proposed agenda
• Keynote (30 min): “The (super) intelligence economy”. By Dr. Andrei Villarroel, MIT Sloan/EPFL/CMU alumni, founder of innoverse.ai. His talk opened the #Panoramai 2025 Gen AI summit in Lausanne, discussing novel opportunities for value creation with AI.
Andrei will explain the factors underlying the rise of a “(super) intelligence economy”. He introduces “cogno agility” as a critical leadership capability for a world where (super) intelligence is widespread, continuously evolving, and increasingly affordable.
• Demo (30 min): “How Generative AI solutions can boost productivity for SMEs”. By Gregg Baxter, CEO UES.io. His Zurich-based AI startup was selected top 100 amongst over 1’000 at the #RAISEsummit 2025 in Paris. Its motto: “Build Rome in a day”.
Gregg's team will take an idea into enterprise prototype in minutes: from a single prompt, the platform generates a working SME solution with data model, interface, and basic logic. Then, their customers iterate toward production with end-users.
• Keynote (30 min): “Why leaders must upgrade their mindsets for the Gen AI Society”. By Dr. Jacqueline Kucera, Head of Federal Parliament Library, President AD-IDHEAP Alumni. Her mission is to facilitate anticipatory leadership conversations.
Jacqueline will discuss the “AI-ification of jobs.” She brings the all-important human dimension into focus, discussing how to navigate disruption without despair, with concrete steps for reskilling, role redesign, and team adoption.
• Apéro: We conclude with informal networking and co-sponsors’ announcements.
