You Deserve It is a 90-minute virtual Unmuted session centered on self-love, rest, and reconnecting to yourself during seasons of change. This space is for anyone navigating burnout, job or financial shifts, identity changes, or ongoing uncertainty.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
What you’re carrying and how it’s impacting you
The connection between instability, self-worth, and rest
Self-compassion and boundaries during difficult seasons
Reflective journaling to reconnect with your needs
One or two realistic self-love or rest commitments to take forward
This is a space to pause, breathe, and remember you are worthy of care.
Facilitator Bio:
Dr. Rahmatu “Dr. K” Kassimu is an educator, public health consultant, and speaker whose work centers self-advocacy, rest, and healing in Black and Brown communities. Through Dr. K.’s Health Minute, she creates accessible wellness tools that affirm care, safety, and being loved well—especially in seasons of instability.
