Off the Record: A Health AI Leaders Dinner

​An invitation-only dinner for sixteen leaders shaping the future of health AI.

Attendees include VP of AI from Tempus and CEO from HealthPlix.

​One table in Los Gatos. Thursday, September 24. Around it: the people leading model, agent, and data strategy at frontier labs, clinical AI companies, and research organizations working to make these systems stand up to real-world scrutiny.

​There is no stage, panel, or presentation. The value of the evening is the other fifteen people at the table—and a candid conversation about the questions that are difficult to discuss in larger rooms:

• ​Why clinical reasoning still breaks when models encounter a real patient journey—and whether any proposed fix holds up beyond the benchmark.

• ​Which evaluation methods teams trust, what those methods consistently miss, and what organizations are being forced to build in-house.

• ​What longitudinal real-world clinical data is actually worth—including provenance, consent, and which sources withstand both scientific and legal scrutiny.

• ​Which care-delivery problems are worth tackling next, from supporting tumor boards and ambient documentation to interpreting patient histories too complex for any clinician to review end to end.

​The evening will include a chef-led dinner, wine pairing, and one long table. The conversation is off the record, and everything shared stays in the room.

​Hosted by Reinforce Labs. We work on clinical evaluation and data, so we have a clear interest in this conversation and would rather be transparent about that from the outset. This is not a sales dinner, and there is no pitch on the agenda.
