โ€‹Meetup #1 was a room full of people who actually ship with coding agents. Same energy, new problem.

โ€‹Here's the thing nobody wants to say out loud: we've handed our agents the keys. Prod API keys in .env. A shared service account with god-mode. Long-lived tokens that outlive the task, the branch, and sometimes the employee. It works right up until it very much doesn't.

โ€‹Meetup #2 is about fixing that โ€” without adding another SaaS control plane to your stack.

Kalpit is Practice Head, AI at Konverge.AI, where he's spent 8+ years building and leading ML teams across production deployments โ€” the kind of work where "it ran on my laptop" isn't an answer. He's been in the ML trenches since before agents were a category.

โ€‹He's built an open-source CLI that gives any app, or any agent, a disposable network identity. No standing servers. No shared secrets leaving the host. Auth and usage tracking enforced entirely locally.

โ€‹The design principle: this is infrastructure an agent could provision for itself. Your agent needs an identity, spins one up, does the job, and the identity dies with the task. Nothing to revoke. Nothing to rotate. Nothing sitting in a vault waiting to leak.

โ€‹He'll walk through the architecture, show it live, and make the case for why ephemeral beats managed for agent workloads.
