Ugne Musneckyte - Investor at byFounders
As part of the investment team at byFounders, Ugne Musneckyte sources and evaluates new opportunities while supporting portfolio companies as they grow. Being an investor is one of the most exciting roles in the world — it allows her to ask all the “silly” questions to some of the smartest people out there and to build alongside them.
Before joining byFounders, Ugne worked on both sides of the table — as an operator and as an investor. She began her career at Morgan Stanley, fully immersed in hedge funds, markets, and portfolio optimisation. Compared to the ruthless logic of public markets, private investing felt beautifully irrational — and that paradox was what drew her in.
Her name means “fire” — a fitting description. She has little patience for fluff, but endless energy for deep conversation.
Ghita Targhi - Investor at Brighteye Ventures
Ghita is a VC investor at Brighteye Ventures, where she focuses on identifying and backing Europe's most promising early-stage companies across productivity, recruitment, and learning verticals. On top of this, Ghita is also involved in the tech and data-driven initiatives of Brighteye. Prior to joining Brighteye Ventures, Ghita was a VC investor at Opéra Tech Ventures, the corporate venture arm of BNP Paribas, and before that also worked as a Strategy & Operations Manager at Silvr, a fintech scale-up in Paris.
